Reflection
Pitching to stakeholders and working on the Milestones project was an incredibly rewarding experience. Presenting this product and idea to key decision-makers taught me what it means to be a business-centered designer. I gained invaluable insights into how to effectively sell a product and communicate its value. As the sole designer on the team, I negotiated with city officials and represented our product, which is now set to be developed as we continue with the product. This experience honed my skills and techniques, deepening my understanding of both design and business.
